Coordinates executive calendars, travel, meetings, agendas, action items, and communications. Supports recruiting logistics, candidate communication, People team events, culture programming, and company offsites. Manages vendor coordination, expenses, process documentation, research, and other operational projects while identifying ways to improve company operations. The role requires discretion, urgency, independent prioritization, and collaboration across leadership, Growth, and People teams.

Own multiple health-plan partner accounts from onboarding through ongoing success. Manage partner communication, implementation launches, performance metrics, escalations, reporting, program optimization, and cross-functional coordination across sales, operations, clinical, and technical teams. Identify growth opportunities, diagnose issues using program data, and lead initiatives that improve utilization and partnership outcomes. Clinical expertise as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or related healthcare professional is required.
