Own end-to-end customer success for West Coast government accounts, driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Deliver training, stakeholder engagement, success metrics tracking, and act as customer advocate across Product, Sales, and Support. Travel ~15-20% for onsite visits and conferences.

The Customer Engineer ensures successful installation and adoption of products, designs custom solutions, and manages customer engagements throughout the sales and implementation process.
