Administer, maintain, and support the firms Aderant financial systems and related applications. Provide technical support, troubleshoot integrations, configure customizations, develop reports/dashboards, manage updates/backups, and collaborate with Accounting, Legal Operations, and Analytics on system enhancements, testing, documentation, and user training to improve financial workflows and reporting.

Lead and oversee firmwide billing operations, ensuring timely, accurate client invoicing and compliance with billing guidelines. Manage billing production, prebill reviews, adjustments, and billing systems; lead and develop a billing team; produce reporting and analytics; drive process and system improvements; support audits, budgeting, and revenue planning.

Manage implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of e-billing platforms (BillBlast, Legal Tracker, CounselLink, T360). Prepare compliant LEDES invoices, resolve rejections, assist client billing setups, train staff, support billing/A/R specialists, provide reporting, and maintain billing documentation and audit readiness.
