Partners with firm leaders, practice groups, People Operations, marketing, and communications to attract, integrate, and retain high-caliber legal talent.

Prepare, submit, and manage client invoices ensuring compliance with firm policies, client OCGs, and eBilling requirements. Use BillBlast and eBilling portals to monitor invoice status, resolve rejections and payment issues, communicate with attorneys, produce billing reports, maintain records, and support month-end and special projects.

Lead and oversee firmwide billing operations, ensuring timely, accurate client invoicing and compliance with billing guidelines. Manage billing production, prebill reviews, adjustments, and billing systems; lead and develop a billing team; produce reporting and analytics; drive process and system improvements; support audits, budgeting, and revenue planning.
