Own a portfolio of accounting-firm customers, driving retention, renewals, expansion, adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Build executive relationships, success plans, ROI cases, and renewal forecasts; identify churn risks and expansion opportunities using customer data and analytics. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Implementation, Support, and Education teams to improve customer outcomes and influence product priorities. The role requires strong commercial ownership, strategic communication, cross-functional leadership, and periodic travel.

Manage a large portfolio of SMB SaaS customers, serving as the primary contact and driving adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build customer relationships, identify churn risks, resolve issues with internal teams, and use customer data, usage analytics, and AI-driven tools to improve outcomes.
