Leads Kaseya’s global events program management function, overseeing portfolio strategy, governance, planning, budgets, vendors, technology, reporting, and cross-functional execution. Manages flagship conferences, regional events, executive programs, customer and partner events, and sales kickoffs. Builds scalable operating standards, leads event program managers, coordinates global stakeholders, tracks KPIs and ROI, and ensures programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.

Owns Kaseya’s global paid media strategy, budget, measurement, and performance across search, social, programmatic, video, syndication, and emerging channels. Builds the paid media function, processes, playbooks, reporting, and attribution framework from the ground up. Leads a team, manages agencies and vendors, optimizes campaigns and spend, drives pipeline and revenue efficiency, and presents investment recommendations to executives.

Own the roadmap and delivery of product pricing, fulfillment, provisioning, entitlement, usage, and overage capabilities across Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, and integrated platforms. Lead Lead-to-Cash requirements, Agile backlog management, cross-functional delivery, governance, process improvement, and transformation from legacy systems to scalable future-state architecture.
