Leads PIP and auto liability litigation, managing complex cases from inception through trial or settlement. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses, appearing in court, negotiating settlements, advising clients, and maintaining legal knowledge. The partner will also lead legal teams, develop clients, and support growth of the New York practice.

Manage a high-volume caseload of complex general liability litigation matters, develop strategies with a Partner, and represent clients in litigation, including New York Employment Labor Law cases. The role requires independent case ownership, strong organization and communication, a Juris Doctorate, and admission to practice in New York.
