Supervises pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging operations across production planning, staffing, equipment maintenance, quality, safety, environmental compliance, and process improvement. Coordinates production activities, validates equipment, manages deviations and audits, supports budgets, approves manufacturing records, and leads employee training and development. Ensures cGMP, ISO 14001, regulatory, and operational requirements are met while improving efficiency, safety, quality, and cost performance.

Supports consumer marketing and brand growth through strategic business planning, category and competitor analysis, P&L support, product innovation, pricing, merchandising, consumer research, marketing communications, and performance tracking. Collaborates with sales, finance, supply, regulatory, demand planning, global marketing, and agency partners. The four-month internship provides formal and on-the-job development, with potential consideration for full-time employment.

Analyzes retailer, syndicated, marketplace, and panel data to identify customer, shopper, category, brand, and competitive insights for Target. Develops assortment, pricing, promotional, seasonal, and omni-channel recommendations that support profitable growth. Collaborates with Customer Development Managers and internal partners on go-to-market initiatives, presentations, and strategic opportunities. Requires strong analytical, communication, presentation, relationship-building, project prioritization, and digital literacy skills, with consumer products experience preferred.
