The Sr. Relationship Manager serves as a financial advisor, managing client relationships, driving business development, and overseeing compliance and credit processes in commercial banking.

Design and maintain enterprise information architecture, including domain models, taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata to make data AI-ready. Operationalize models via enterprise data catalog (Alation), resolve semantic conflicts, define metadata standards, and partner with analytics and AI teams to enable governed, explainable AI and downstream BI/LLM use cases.

Design, build, test, and deploy RPA and IDP automation solutions (primarily Automation Anywhere A360). Collaborate with stakeholders, integrate systems via REST/JSON/XML, troubleshoot production issues, follow CoE standards, and participate on Agile teams to ensure secure, compliant, high‑quality automation implementations.
