Champion intuitive security workflows, support product launches and integrations, and contribute to cryptographic risk management and post-quantum cryptography initiatives.

Leads a regional, multi-team customer support organization, ensuring high-quality service, SLA and KPI performance, effective escalations, critical incident resolution, and customer communication. Gather customer feedback, monitor performance, communicate progress to stakeholders, and maintain relationships with customers and partners. The role requires comfort with PKI, cryptography, cybersecurity, and enterprise security software.

Supports post-sale technical relationships for customer accounts, helping with solution adoption, routine technical requests, onboarding, account meetings, issue escalation, and usage monitoring. Coordinates with Support, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, documents customer updates and action items, and contributes to customer-facing resources and process improvements under senior team supervision.

The Product Architect designs and implements product architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, conducts code reviews, and promotes best practices.

Quota-carrying role to own marketplace go-to-market strategy across AWS and Microsoft commercial marketplaces and select ISV marketplaces. Build hyperscaler and ISV alliances, drive measurable marketplace revenue and pipeline, enable field sales and co-sell execution, create scalable playbooks, manage private offers and deal operations, and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.
