The Senior Solutions Architect II leads the design and implementation of large-scale solutions, drives innovation, and mentors team members. They also collaborate on pre-sales with Sales teams and serve as technical escalation points for complex issues.

Manage complex, high-value subscription renewals and retention for enterprise accounts. Lead negotiations, develop risk-mitigation and renewal strategies, mentor junior team members, partner cross-functionally, and improve forecasting, playbooks, and processes to reduce churn and revenue leakage.

Drive enterprise sales across the U.S. West region for Keyfactor's trust infrastructure. Manage long sales cycles, negotiate contracts, forecast territory performance, develop new accounts, maintain C-level relationships, collaborate on GTM strategy, represent the company at events, and coach team members while adhering to sales processes.

The Product Architect designs and implements product architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, conducts code reviews, and promotes best practices.

Lead visual brand and marketing design across web, social, presentations, collateral, and events. Create original graphics and illustrations, contribute creative direction, refine brand identity systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to support demand generation and customer engagement while exploring AI design tools.

Design, develop, and maintain software applications: implement features, fix bugs, participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, troubleshoot issues, support QA efforts, produce documentation, and collaborate across teams while occasionally leading small projects and training peers.
