The Business Development Coordinator supports marketing activities, pitch preparation, event coordination, and business development initiatives within the firm.

The Innovation Attorney advises on regulatory law, optimizing legal workflows through technology, collaborating with teams, and enhancing client engagement.

Support Corporate Practice BD by leading pitches, RFPs and proposals; manage experience/credentials, client targeting, research, events, directory/award submissions, cross-selling initiatives, and BD technology adoption while coordinating with lawyers and Marketing colleagues.

The Innovation Attorney advises on applying innovative legal technologies in transactional law, optimizing efficiencies, and collaborating with clients on AI projects, while staying updated on industry trends.

The Innovation Attorney advises on integrating technology into litigation practices, enhances client collaboration, manages tech solutions, and stays updated on legal tech trends.

The Client Contracts Specialist will review client due diligence, maintain documentation, draft memoranda, and manage client contracts while supporting the legal team.

Support practice-area business development and marketing by creating and maintaining marketing materials, managing experience lists, assisting with pitches/RFPs and directory submissions, coordinating newsletters and events, supporting sponsorships, conducting research and competitive intelligence, aiding client targeting and business planning, and assisting lateral onboarding and BD operations.
