The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day website content management, digital publishing, email marketing communications, event microsite configuration, client communications, and related digital marketing workflows.
The coordinator will be expected to take ownership of assigned work, contribute as part of a collaborative team, and develop increasing independence as their knowledge and experience grow.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Website Content Management

  • Manage and publish website content, including attorney biographies, practice and industry content, events, publications, client alerts, and news.
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Troubleshoot content display, formatting, and publishing issues.
  • Follow content governance and brand standards in all ongoing website maintenance activities.
  • Make minor HTML and CSS adjustments as needed to achieve the desired formatting.
  • Handling all website content management-related tasks and becoming increasingly independent as experience is gained.

Email Marketing & Event Campaign Support

  • Configure, test, and deploy email- and event-marketing campaigns using established processes, templates, and quality-control procedures.
  • Create and update registration forms, landing pages and microsites, invitation-, reminder- and follow-up emails associated with standard and virtual event campaigns.
  • Execute campaign-related automation tasks, including audience filtering, list segmentation, quality assurance testing, trigger and variable management, and deployment.
  • Support campaign reporting and digital communication best practices.

Digital Marketing Technology

  • Support ON24 webinars, including scheduling, configuration, end-to-end testing, presenter and organizer assistance, and escalation of technical issues to the vendor when appropriate.
  • Support the administration of email marketing, CRM, webinar, analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Support additional digital marketing projects as needed, e.g., configuration of no- or low-code conference mobile apps using Fliplet.
  • Compile and share website and campaign performance stats upon request.

Project & Stakeholder Support

  • Coordinate projects across offices and time zones in collaboration with colleagues in Communications, Business Development, Events, and other functional areas within the broader Marketing & Business department.
  • Manage multiple concurrent requests and projects in a fast-paced legal services environment.
  • Provide responsive internal client service and appropriate process guidance, seeking input or escalating questions when needed.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in legal or professional services, in digital marketing or a related field, with experience in one or more of the following areas: CMS-based website content management and publishing, email or event marketing campaigns, digital communications, or marketing technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and third parties.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned work, manage multiple priorities, and develop increasing independence with appropriate guidance.
  • Collaborative and collegial approach, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and provide support where needed.
  • Superior presentation, writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and willingness to learn
  • Experience with the firm's current platforms is helpful but not required.
  • Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Exposure to or prior experience with any of the following platforms is helpful but not required: Xperience by Kentico, Vuture, ON24, Swoogo, Cvent, Fliplet, or Dynamics.


 

The firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit-based performance. All full-time Business Services employees may participate in King & Spalding’s comprehensive benefit program including health and wellness plan, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts and a health savings account, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing plan, and a substantial Paid Time Off (PTO) program.

Pay Transparency Range:

New York: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $70,000 - $90,000.

Chicago: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $65,000- $85,000.

The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
