Support daily operation and administration of an after-school program, maintain DYCD compliance and records, supervise students, coordinate family engagement and events, assist Program Director with staffing/operations, and contribute to a safe, engaging environment that promotes academic enrichment and social-emotional growth.

Manages daily school operations, including arrival, attendance, transitions, meals, dismissal, enrollment, facilities, technology, health and safety, office administration, and events. Supervises the School Operations Administrator, coordinates with the Director of Operations, supports families and staff, resolves operational issues, and assists with emergency situations, special projects, field trips, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Computer Science teacher will develop and execute a college preparatory curriculum, assess student progress, and provide instruction to ensure mastery of content while modeling KIPP NYC's character strengths.

Lead instructional strategy, curriculum development, teacher coaching, and student assessment for a middle school humanities program. Foster positive school culture, coordinate professional development, analyze data to guide interventions, support operations, and collaborate with leaders, families, and the Teaching & Learning team to improve student achievement.

Lead full-cycle accounts payable operations, oversee payment runs and vendor management, enforce financial controls and compliance, manage and develop AP team, drive process improvements and system implementations, support audits and reporting, and partner with schools and shared services to resolve payment issues and support month-/year-end close.

Lead FP&A for assigned schools and departments, developing and maintaining complex financial models, budgets, forecasts, and reports. Analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Partner with school leaders and shared services to align resources, support multi-year planning, ensure compliance reporting, and improve financial systems and processes.

Serve as strategic finance leader for KIPP NYC overseeing accounting, FP&A, cash management, and a ~$300M operating budget and ~$500M real estate portfolio. Modernize systems, standardize controls, integrate technology (including AI), lead a 15–18 person finance team, partner with CEO and Board on long-range planning, and build network-wide financial acumen to support scalable, data-driven operations and audit readiness.

Administer and optimize KIPP NYC's Salesforce platform for recruitment, enrollment, marketing, and advancement. Manage users, permissions, objects, automation, reports/dashboards, integrations (e.g., PowerSchool), and data quality. Provide Tier 1 support, training, documentation, and stakeholder partnership to streamline workflows, improve adoption, and enable data-informed decision-making across schools and central teams.

Teach rigorous college-preparatory curriculum to middle school students with IEPs; diagnose learning needs, design individualized and small-group interventions, use data to drive instruction, communicate with families, collaborate with general education teachers, and support student progress and social-emotional development.

Lead instructional programming and school culture: develop standards-based curriculum, coach teachers, analyze student data, run professional development, manage student discipline, support operations (scheduling, report cards, hiring), and teach as needed. Build relationships with faculty, students, and families; report to the Principal.

Lead small-group and individual instruction for K-4 students, teach standards-aligned curriculum, assess and communicate student progress, collaborate with teachers and families, and model school values to ensure student success.

Lead development and implementation of MTSS, behavioral assessment/intervention, and special education compliance across elementary schools. Coach and train school-based leaders and psychologists, provide clinical support for complex cases, oversee FBAs/BIPs and IEP processes, coordinate related services and family partnerships, and ensure data-driven, evidence-based student supports and regulatory compliance.

Lead and manage a full-time, in-person middle school after-school program: develop curriculum and vision, recruit and coach staff, ensure compliance and operational excellence, manage budgets, build family and community partnerships, and use data to drive continuous improvement and student engagement.

Provide individualized career coaching and case management for 150–200 alumni pursuing CTE and workforce training. Build partnerships with providers and employers, conduct site visits, track outcomes in Salesforce, prepare reports, and support program improvement. Travel frequently across NYC/tri-state to meet alumni, deliver advising, and monitor program quality during the first two post‑high‑school years.

Manage day-to-day execution of regional assessment builds and readiness operations in Renaissance (Illuminate) DnA, maintain data quality and compliance, coordinate vendor data collection, develop documentation and training, support regional stakeholders, and continuously improve assessment and data workflows to ensure timely, accurate reporting.

Lead design, build, and operation of data architecture, pipelines, and semantic layers. Manage sprint planning, DevOps metrics, data quality and monitoring, and MLOps enablement. Partner with stakeholders, coach engineers, track project plans, and ensure data availability, accuracy, and documentation.
