Lead school operations to ensure smooth administrative, facilities, finance, HR, and logistics functions. Supervise office staff, manage student recruitment and registration, oversee budgets and purchasing, coordinate events and travel, maintain technology and student data integrity, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with school leadership and shared services to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Manage daily school operations including arrival, attendance, transitions, lunch/recess, dismissal, facilities, technology, and office staffing. Lead student recruitment and enrollment, oversee School Operations Administrator, support student health and safety, coordinate events and field trips, assist Director of Operations on projects, and maintain strong communication with staff, students, and families to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient school functioning.

Provide small-group K-4 instruction and targeted interventions, teach rigorous curriculum aligned to NYS standards, assess and track student progress, communicate with families and colleagues, and collaborate with staff to support student success and professional growth.

Lead curriculum development, teacher coaching, and school culture for an elementary school. Monitor student data, manage discipline systems, run professional development, evaluate teacher performance, and provide operational support including occasional classroom coverage and recruitment collaboration with the principal.

Teach middle-school students with IEPs using college-preparatory curriculum aligned to NYS standards. Diagnose learning challenges, design individualized/differentiated interventions, provide whole-class and small-group instruction, use data to drive decisions, assess progress, communicate with families, collaborate with general education teachers, and model school values to ensure student success.

Lead and oversee quality, compliance, and operations of after-school programs across multiple schools. Coach and develop Program Directors, ensure regulatory compliance (DOH, DYCD, OCFS), build school and family partnerships, use data for continuous improvement, run audits and readiness assessments, design professional learning, and support regional events and staffing. Role requires travel to KIPP NYC campuses and a hybrid schedule based in Midtown Manhattan.

Support regional after-school operations by managing staffing/onboarding, compliance, audits, data reporting, and operational systems. Conduct site visits, coordinate stakeholders, and improve processes to ensure program readiness and high-quality student experiences.

The CFO oversees KIPP NYC's $250M budget, providing strategic financial leadership, improving financial operations, and guiding decision-making for the organization's growth.

The Computer Science teacher will develop and execute a college preparatory curriculum, assess student progress, and provide instruction to ensure mastery of content while modeling KIPP NYC's character strengths.

The SVP of Growth at KIPP leads the growth strategy across the organization, overseeing expansion practices, ensuring equity in decision-making, and managing senior staff. They are responsible for setting vision, goals, and executing plans for regional growth, aligning organizational priorities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Lead executive and network communications for KIPP Foundation: secure and staff CEO speaking engagements, author executive and network-wide messages, maintain editorial calendar, source and shape storytelling across teams, translate complex priorities and data into clear narratives, and manage cross-functional communications workflows.
