Lead FP&A for assigned schools and departments, developing and maintaining complex financial models, budgets, forecasts, and reports. Analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations. Partner with school leaders and shared services to align resources, support multi-year planning, ensure compliance reporting, and improve financial systems and processes.

Senior executive who sets and executes KIPPs enterprise growth strategy, defines readiness frameworks and portfolio priorities, partners with C-suite and regions to translate strategy into plans, monitors progress and escalates risks, scales effective practices across the network, and manages the Senior Director of Growth. Ensures growth decisions are evidence-based, equity-centered, and sustainable. Travel ~21-30% annually.

Serve as strategic finance leader for KIPP NYC overseeing accounting, FP&A, cash management, and a ~$300M operating budget and ~$500M real estate portfolio. Modernize systems, standardize controls, integrate technology (including AI), lead a 15–18 person finance team, partner with CEO and Board on long-range planning, and build network-wide financial acumen to support scalable, data-driven operations and audit readiness.
