As a Senior Product Manager, you will own product strategy and execution, collaborate across teams, and drive product quality and adoption in an AI-focused environment.

Embed with customers to evaluate needs, prototype AI-enabled solutions, and implement product workflows. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to prioritize features, unblock technical work, and ensure Kira fits customer environments and goals.

Lead quality strategy and automation across frontend, backend, and AI services. Design scalable end-to-end and performance tests, build workload models, diagnose bottlenecks, integrate AI-assisted testing tools, improve CI/CD test observability, mentor engineers, and raise release confidence for a fast-moving education AI platform.

The Design Director will lead and mentor the design team, define design vision and strategy, and ensure user-centered design across products, collaborating across engineering and product teams.
