Own Kira’s revenue operations foundation across forecasting, pipeline management, GTM planning, CRM architecture, lead routing, lifecycle operations, deal desk, quota and commissions. Administer HubSpot and integrated GTM tools, build dashboards and board reporting, improve data quality, and establish scalable renewal and post-sale processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and executives to strengthen revenue visibility and execution.

Build and manage Kira’s operational infrastructure across business operations, reporting, compliance, vendor and spend management, budgeting, and corporate projects. Responsibilities include preparing board and investor materials, supporting fundraising and due diligence, running the SOC 2 program, managing privacy and security reviews, overseeing vendors and procurement, partnering on financial planning, and implementing company-wide processes.

Own a product domain end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through launch, adoption, and iteration. Define roadmaps and requirements, collaborate with engineering and design, and deliver features across frontend, backend, and AI/ML systems. Use data, user research, and judgment to prioritize work, align stakeholders, maintain product quality, and drive rapid experimentation in a resource-constrained startup environment.

Support the CEO and Co-Founder by managing a complex calendar, strategically sequencing meetings, coordinating logistics and preparation, arranging travel, processing expenses, managing inbound requests, and maintaining alignment with company priorities. The role requires discretion with confidential information, strong business judgment, clear communication, exceptional organization, and flexibility outside regular business hours in a primarily in-office startup environment.

Lead and develop a team building reliable frontend, backend, AI, and real-time collaboration capabilities. Translate company priorities into plans, manage technical quality, review architecture and code, debug production systems, improve reliability, support incident response, and coach senior engineers. Partner with Product and Design to shape useful classroom-focused software, manage hiring and performance, and guide effective use of AI development tools across distributed teams.

Own and ship polished frontend and full-stack product features for student and teacher experiences. Partner with product and design teams, shape technical direction, improve frontend quality and performance, design APIs, and contribute throughout development, testing, rollout, and support. Mentor engineers, communicate technical tradeoffs, and work in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires strong React and TypeScript expertise, backend fundamentals, and in-person work four days weekly in San Francisco or New York City.

Own and evolve scalable backend systems and infrastructure powering educational products. Build end-to-end features, design APIs, operate production systems, improve observability and CI/CD, support reliability and incident response, and provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentorship. The role requires close collaboration with product and design teams, comfort with ambiguity, and occasional full-stack contribution.

Perform hands-on manual, regression, exploratory, functional, acceptance, and release testing across web applications and AI-powered workflows. Create actionable bug reports, collaborate with engineers to reproduce and verify fixes, assess usability and edge cases, support release readiness, and contribute to QA documentation. The role requires validating complex teacher and student workflows and evaluating the reliability and graceful degradation of non-deterministic AI outputs.

Lead quality strategy and automation across frontend, backend, and AI services. Design scalable end-to-end and performance tests, build workload models, diagnose bottlenecks, integrate AI-assisted testing tools, improve CI/CD test observability, mentor engineers, and raise release confidence for a fast-moving education AI platform.
