Leads the sales floor, coaches retail team members, models customer service standards, resolves customer concerns, and supports customer engagement initiatives and in-store activations. Assists management with daily operations, visual merchandising, inventory activities, productivity, standard operating procedures, and maintaining an organized store environment. Requires strong communication, delegation, multitasking, business math, and physical ability to perform store duties.

Supports the Visual Merchandiser with store presentation, product imagery, floor moves, windows, installations, releases, inventory tasks, and brand-standard execution. Helps prepare new products, educate store employees on visual standards, communicate visual needs, and maintain sales-floor readiness. Also assists with housekeeping, cycle counts, physical inventories, and support for other stores. Requires flexible availability, retail and visual merchandising experience, customer-facing experience, physical mobility, creativity, reliability, and attention to detail.

Provides concierge-level customer service in a retail store, including greeting customers, cashiering, returns, Mobile POS transactions, product knowledge, and client support. Assists with sales-floor replenishment, stockroom organization, visual standards, inventory counts, housekeeping, and operational tasks. Requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, releases, and special projects, plus the ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift 25 pounds.
