About the Role

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Status: Full-time/100% on-site

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually

Position Summary:

Kith is seeking an IT Project & Operations Coordinator to support the execution of technology initiatives across our

retail, corporate, and e-commerce operations. This role sits at the intersection of project coordination and day-to-

day IT operations, with a strong emphasis on supporting new store openings and construction build-outs -

coordinating technology deployment timelines, vendors, and on-site readiness alongside the IT team. The ideal

candidate is organized, proactive, detail oriented, and comfortable working across construction schedules, vendor

relationships, and ticketing/operations systems in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Store Construction & Rollout Coordination

  • Serve as the primary IT point of contact for new store openings and remodels, coordinating technology scope, timelines, and readiness from construction kickoff through opening.
  • Partner with construction project managers, general contractors, and low-voltage/cabling vendors to schedule and track IT-related build-out milestones.
  • Coordinate procurement and shipping of store IT hardware to align with construction and opening timelines.
  • Track multiple concurrent projects (e.g., new openings, remodels) in a shared project tracker, flagging schedule risks and escalating blockers to the Director of IT.
  • Conduct or coordinate pre-opening technology walkthroughs and punch-list resolution on-site or remotely.
  • Create/maintain documentation of store IT infrastructure standards, site-specific configurations, and lessons learned across openings.

IT Operations Support

  • Coordinate vendor relationships and purchase orders for hardware, networking, and telecom, in support of both retail and corporate needs.
  • Assist with asset lifecycle tracking - procurement, deployment, inventory, and retirement of IT equipment.
  • Help maintain internal documentation, knowledge base articles, and the roles & responsibilities resource hub.

Project & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Build and maintain project plans, status reports, and timelines for IT initiatives; run recurring status check-ins with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across IT, Construction, Facilities, Finance, and Operations departments to keep technology workstreams aligned with broader store and business goals and timelines.
  • Prepare status updates and summaries for IT leadership on active projects, risks, and dependencies.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, IT operations, or a similar role – IT, retail, and construction-adjacent experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating timelines across multiple projects with multiple stakeholders (vendors, contractors, internal teams).
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals strongly preferred, sufficient to coordinate with vendors and technicians - hands-on experience not required.
  • Comfortable using ITSM/ticketing platforms, project trackers, and standard productivity tools (Google Workspace preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate technical timelines for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent follow through skills and “stay-on-top” of things attitude.
  • Willingness to travel periodically to store locations for on-site coordination and openings.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project coordination training/certification.
