Document APIs, integrations, data models, and workflows; validate OpenAPI specs; maintain docs-as-code in Git; collaborate with product, engineering, and solutions teams; manage documentation projects from intake to publication and improve developer experience.

Lead consulting engagements for insurance clients to discover high-value AI use cases, own end-to-end platform deployments, drive sales integration, measure outcomes, and build scalable delivery playbooks. Manage cross-functional teams, run discovery workshops, and translate complex processes into production-ready automation on the Kizen platform.
