Develop, maintain, validate, and enhance insurance liability models supporting pricing, valuation, hedging, asset-liability management, stress testing, and risk oversight. The role models life and annuity products, supports transaction onboarding and product launches, evaluates actuarial and financial model assumptions, and communicates risk insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. It also contributes to quantitative tools and constructive challenges to existing risk management and pricing practices.

Assist Human Capital Business Partners with daily operations, manage HR systems, support immigration processes, and liaise with various departments to ensure compliance and execute HR initiatives.

Supports the Head of Talent Acquisition with senior and strategic recruiting searches, including candidate tracking, interview coordination, stakeholder communications, and recruiting systems management. Collects and analyzes global recruiting data, prepares Excel and PowerPoint reports, coordinates offer approvals, and tracks executive search firm activity, invoices, and fees. The role also supports recruiting events and process improvements using AI and automation while handling confidential candidate, compensation, and business information with discretion.
