The Associate will split time between deal sourcing and execution, supporting diligence, financial analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio company management. Initially 50/50 sourcing and execution; execution and portfolio responsibilities will grow over time. Role requires strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

Lead and modernize insurance treasury operations across KKR's insurance platform, ensuring accurate cash positioning, liquidity and trade-date forecasting, funding and drawdown execution, strong controls, and team development. Drive data-, AI-, and automation-enabled platform improvements and integrate treasury processes across insurance and asset management while partnering with finance, investment, technology, risk, and external providers.

The Associate will source and underwrite private credit investment opportunities, work closely with sponsors, and manage investments. Responsibilities include financial analysis, portfolio management, and relationship building.
