Develops strategic partnerships and revenue opportunities for The Bump by prospecting, conducting discovery, creating tailored proposals, negotiating agreements, and managing opportunities through implementation. The role maintains pipeline forecasts, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, builds partner relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, gathers market intelligence, and protects audience trust and brand integrity.

Leads global FP&A planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and strategic analysis. Partners with the CFO, executives, department leaders, Accounting, Data, Analytics, and Systems teams to guide investment and resource allocation. Manages FP&A leaders across the US and Europe, builds scalable processes and KPI frameworks, supports Board and investor reporting, and uses automation and AI tools to improve finance operations.

Lead global marketing forecasting, reporting, and performance intelligence across acquisition channels. Partner with FP&A, Product, Data, and Marketing to influence $40M+ media spend, build scenario plans, detect risks, and produce executive-ready insights for leadership and Board materials.
