Lead visual, product, and web design across Knotchs platform and marketing; shape a new AI-driven product. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI, web layouts, and marketing assets; partner with leadership, product, and engineering to translate ambiguous requirements into polished, implementable experiences.

Lead and grow strategic relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts (10-20), owning commercial strategy, renewals, expansions, and forecasting. Act as trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders, align account plans to measurable business outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Consulting, Product, Finance, and leadership to drive adoption and long-term growth.

Lead accounting operations and monthly close, ensure GAAP compliance, manage audits, and transition existing accounting responsibilities. Drive finance automation and AI adoption (optimize Rillet), improve integrations, reduce close timelines, and build FP&A reporting, forecasts, and KPI dashboards. Design scalable processes and internal controls to support growth.
