Provide in-house employment and litigation counsel for a rapidly growing, global AI-driven mining/clean-tech company. Advise on cross-border employment, immigration, investigations, litigation, benefits, labor relations, equity and IPO-readiness, policies, and HR counseling. Draft and negotiate workforce agreements, lead internal investigations, manage outside counsel, support public-company readiness, and partner with HR and business leaders across jurisdictions.

Owns production data systems end to end, including data models, ETL and API integrations, applications, platform maintenance, data quality, governance, and technical debt. Supports OPSDB and exploration operations, improves reliability and alerting, documents systems, collaborates with cross-functional and nontechnical stakeholders, and mentors junior analysts. The role also supports procurement and inventory initiatives, works with geologists, and requires occasional international travel to exploration sites.

Leads engineering design authority and integration for a major copper mining project through FEED, construction, and handover. Directs EPCM performance, establishes design standards, manages technical risks, approves key engineering deliverables, and leads constructability, operability, value engineering, process safety, stage-gate, change control, quality, and technical assurance activities. Builds the owner’s engineering team and ensures designs are safe, operable, maintainable, cost-effective, and ready for operations.
