Lead product strategy and roadmap for Kojo's Field app across mobile and web. Own research, discovery, prototyping, experimentation, and shipping. Simplify field workflows, diagnose adoption barriers, design multi-persona experiences, and apply AI to remove friction for construction crews.

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you'll focus on generating outbound leads in the commercial construction market, engaging prospects through cold calls while understanding their needs. You'll develop effective outreach strategies and improve sales insights.
