Build, operate, and optimize large-scale healthcare data pipelines and foundational data products. Transform claims, EHR, and reference datasets into reliable, performant assets for analytics, customer applications, and AI/ML use cases. Improve data quality, observability, scalability, cost efficiency, and pipeline performance while debugging production issues. Collaborate across engineering, product, and data teams, contribute to architecture and technical standards, mentor peers, and provide rotational production support.

Analyze and resolve healthcare data quality issues across claims, EHR, and lab datasets. Design, implement, and monitor data quality assurance processes; investigate anomalies; assess data completeness, consistency, and accuracy; support customer issue resolution; identify data product bugs; and coordinate fixes with Engineering. The role also manages data issue workflows and improves monitoring for incoming source data while using SQL, Python, databases, version control, and AI tools.

Leads Komodo Health’s customer support organization, managing support professionals and improving issue resolution, triage, escalation, and containment. Partners with analytics, engineering, and product teams to resolve recurring technical, product, and healthcare data issues. Establishes KPIs, coaches globally distributed teams, manages offshore resources, and deploys AI-enabled intake and support workflows while shaping global support strategy.
