Develop new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective customers across a Manhattan territory. Sell complex elevator, escalator, automatic door, maintenance, and modernization solutions using CRM tools and solution-selling methodologies. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, continuously learn the industry and technology, and pursue sustainable customer growth while meeting sales targets.

Coordinate and schedule local and district testing and inspections for elevators and building doors. Interface with service supervisors, customers, 3rd-party inspectors and regulatory agencies; manage ATI and SAP records, permits, billable tenders, and invoice disputes. Track compliance with local AHJ codes and report results to branch leadership.
