Manage a local portfolio by proactively building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and selling complex building-technology solutions, using CRM and sales methodologies, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and meeting sales targets to drive sustainable customer growth.

Manage and improve regional quality performance, implement full-chain quality strategy, support branches/districts in problem solving to reduce Cost of Poor Quality, lead continuous improvement teams, conduct site visits, present findings to senior management, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Coordinate and schedule local and district testing and inspections for elevators and building doors. Interface with service supervisors, customers, 3rd-party inspectors and regulatory agencies; manage ATI and SAP records, permits, billable tenders, and invoice disputes. Track compliance with local AHJ codes and report results to branch leadership.
