Designs, builds, and operates resilient AWS infrastructure for a healthcare platform. Responsibilities include incident response, disaster recovery, observability, CI/CD, Terraform, GitOps, Kubernetes, infrastructure security, and HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance. The role shares production ownership and on-call responsibilities while improving reliability, failover readiness, and system behavior.

Source and engage highly qualified software engineering candidates across frontend, backend, full-stack, infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI/ML disciplines. Partner with recruiters and engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, build talent maps and pipelines, conduct outreach and initial qualification, maintain ATS data, track recruiting metrics, and improve candidate conversion and experience.
