Gather requirements, document workflows, create functional specs and training materials, support system enhancements, testing, user training, change management, and end-user support to improve product data management and adoption.

Lead a Technical Design team to develop patterns and technical specifications from season start to sample finalization, ensuring on-time handoff to production, maintaining fit libraries, managing BOMs and PLM assets, resolving pre-production issues, and training team members.
