Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, enablement and sales teams, manage account mapping and financial models, and present value to C-level stakeholders. Travel up to 50%; East Coast residency required.

Lead and scale the global Deal Desk function: own deal strategy, pricing governance, commercial approvals, contracting, and marketplace private offers. Mentor a small team, negotiate complex enterprise SaaS transactions, optimize quote-to-cash processes and CRM/CPQ workflows, and deliver reporting and KPIs to improve commercial performance.

Quota-carrying leader responsible for driving partner-sourced revenue and global market share via GSIs, hyperscalers, CCaaS and ISV partners. Build C-level alliances, execute joint business plans and co-sell motions, enable partners, run joint GTM campaigns, manage marketplace optimization, maintain forecasts in Salesforce, and lead QBRs. Frequent cross-functional orchestration and global travel required.

Pre-sales technical role: demonstrate Kore.ai platform, architect and whiteboard solutions, run use-case workshops, estimate ML effort, collaborate with product and delivery teams, and support sales to close enterprise AI and contact-center deals.
