Lead customer success for financial clients by maintaining high engagement, coaching users on Kpler terminal, Excel add-in, API and integrations, uncovering upsell opportunities, aligning client goals with product, maintaining Salesforce records, improving CS processes and documentation, and liaising with Sales, Product, and Engineering to maximize customer value.

Sell Kpler's Insight and S&D research subscriptions across AMER by owning a defined book of business, driving full sales cycle from prospecting to close, exceeding revenue targets, managing pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, and partnering with Product, Research, Marketing, and BD to grow adoption and client relationships.
