The Mobile UI/Design Engineer will enhance the Kraken app's user interface through fluid interactions, collaboration with designers, performance optimization, and mentorship, focusing on delivering a polished mobile experience.

Build and ship agent-based growth orchestration: implement agent workflows, integrate AI reasoning with growth platforms and data systems, create reusable agent infrastructure and creative pipelines, and ensure monitoring, auditability, and reliable integrations across growth channels.

Architect and deploy AI-powered compliance solutions using agentic workflows, Python, Claude, n8n, and MCP. Build automation for alert screening, case narratives, regulatory summaries, EDD reporting, analytics, and audit documentation. Own governance, risk classification, data privacy, audit logging, human oversight, and regulatory controls. Train compliance teams, create reusable runbooks, drive adoption, and measure automation impact across global financial crime and compliance operations.

Leads commercial legal strategy for complex product partnerships, technology agreements, strategic transactions, and go-to-market initiatives. Advises Product, Sales, Engineering, Finance, Regulatory, Compliance, and Tax teams; negotiates high-stakes contracts; develops legal templates, playbooks, AI processes, and risk frameworks; improves contract lifecycle management and automation; mentors teams; and supports M&A diligence and integration.

Architect and deploy production AI-powered HR workflows using agentic systems, automation tools, Python, Claude, MCP, and HR system integrations. Own solution design, governance, risk controls, audit logging, privacy compliance, deployment, documentation, and adoption. Build integrations across Workday and other HR platforms, establish human oversight, track business impact, and train People team members to maintain and extend the systems.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO office in a Co-CEO model: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel (commercial and private aviation), prepare briefing materials, oversee budgets/expenses, track projects and events, and liaise with stakeholders to streamline executive operations.

Own the CRM and sales tooling strategy and roadmap for Kraken’s B2B sales organization. Prioritize stakeholder needs, define product requirements, improve Salesforce workflows and integrations, and establish scalable intake and governance processes. Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to improve CRM adoption, data quality, workflow consistency, and sales productivity across multiple platforms and customer segments.

Define and execute Kraken’s hybridization and broader onchain product strategy across Pro and Consumer. Own the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration, drive cross-functional execution, evaluate ecosystem integrations, simplify complex onchain experiences, and use metrics and experimentation to improve products. The role requires onchain expertise, consumer product management experience, stakeholder influence, partner negotiation, technical fluency, and strong product judgment.

Define and spec automation workflows for paid growth, translate workflows into agent automations, QA agent outputs, refine AI-generated creative, codify rules and guardrails, monitor and continuously improve cross-channel growth systems.

Lead independent SOX business process controls testing across revenue, financial close, and treasury. Build testing programs and workpapers, validate remediation of SOX findings, perform root cause analysis, engage stakeholders, coordinate with IT SOX and co-sourced teams, and improve testing using data analytics and AI-enabled workflows.

Support month-end close and reconciliations for fiat and digital assets across trading products. Prepare journal entries, investigate and resolve discrepancies, maintain reconciliations, support audits and regulatory requests, and improve/automate accounting processes and controls.

Own and execute end-to-end collaboration platform integrations for acquisitions: scope, migrate users, Slack channels, Drive, mailboxes, and configurations. Maintain Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom at enterprise scale; manage email and domain security, DNS consolidation, phishing response, DLP, and platform incident response. Lead compliance/eDiscovery, archiving architecture, vendor selection, and automation to standardize governance across brands. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders during M&A and build repeatable playbooks and tooling.

Lead and manage SOC 1/SOC 2 exams and SOX/ICFR activities, assess and remediate ITGCs/ITACs, translate audit requirements into scalable controls, partner with engineering and finance, drive audit readiness, documentation, and automation to improve control effectiveness and audit outcomes in a cloud-native environment.

Design, review, and verify security architecture across infrastructure, applications, blockchain, and AI projects; conduct security assessments and audits; advise blockchain teams on secure operations; stay current on security threats and mitigations.

Lead Kraken Pro's global KOL and affiliate program: build and manage a regional business-development team, source/contract/scale hundreds of KOLs, implement KOL management software and agency relationships, ensure global influencer compliance, develop messaging and local-first campaigns, measure partnership ROI, and deepen KOL engagement to drive user growth across Kraken's product suite.

Lead and evolve Payward's core brand system—guidelines, component libraries, templates and assets—ensuring coherent visual identity across brands. Define brand behavior for emerging surfaces and AI outputs, collaborate with pods to fix systemic issues, translate complex crypto and finance concepts into usable guidance, run constructive design reviews, and shape how design tooling and AI affect brand practice.

Lead Consumer Trading product initiatives for Krakendesigning features, prototyping with AI tools, defining requirements, running UAT, collaborating with stakeholders (Finance, Ops), and driving data-driven experimentation and product proposals to engage consumers.

Lead consumer lifecycle strategy and execution across email, push, and in-app channels. Build and run complex CRM campaigns, analyze performance, run experiments, and automate journeys to drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue. Collaborate with product, data, CRM ops, and compliance/legal to ensure regionally compliant marketing.

Lead and execute technology audits across cybersecurity, cloud, IGA, SDLC, data/privacy, operational resilience, third-party risk, and AI governance. Plan, test, document findings, manage remediation, coordinate co-sourced specialists, and advise stakeholders while applying AI-enabled testing and established frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, SOC2, COBIT).

Lead risk-based operational and post-acquisition integration audits globally; assess control design and operating effectiveness across governance, regulatory, financial, and operational risk; manage audit engagements, co-sourced specialists, and stakeholder reporting; apply AI and data analytics to audit lifecycle while mentoring teams and ensuring IIA standards conformance.
