Own the strategy, design, prototyping, launch, and optimization of social investing and trading experiences. Define user journeys, interaction details, product scope, and success metrics; conduct usability research; analyze funnel, cohort, and experiment data; collaborate with design, engineering, and data science; and improve user participation, trust, retention, and engagement.

Develops concept-led creative briefs and original content for paid, organic, and social channels. Identifies cultural trends, market news, audience insights, competitor activity, and performance data to generate ideas that ship quickly. Partners with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, creatives, designers, and compliance to execute work across platforms. Own the vision and roadmap for Payward’s payments platform, including its backend, APIs, SDKs, hosted pages, and embedded components. Partner with engineering, banking, partnerships, compliance, risk, and legal teams to prioritize capabilities, integrate payment rails, support internal clients, and improve adoption and payment performance. Define platform metrics, manage stakeholder trade-offs, and enable clients to launch payment products efficiently across jurisdictions.

Own growth for Kraken Pro margin trading, focusing on acquiring and activating high-net-worth traders. Develop positioning, messaging, offers, acquisition strategies, and funnel targets; lead cross-functional growth efforts across marketing, VIP, creative, and product teams. Run experiments, measure revenue and ROI, convert users from competitors, and provide trader insights to inform the product roadmap.

Lead global external communications for Payward and Kraken’s professional trading, institutional, and derivatives products. Develop integrated communications strategies, thought leadership, messaging, media materials, executive positioning, and spokesperson programs. Build relationships with institutional stakeholders, trading desks, market data providers, agencies, and media. Apply social-first approaches to reach professional trading audiences while mentoring and scaling communications teams in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Own the investigation-platform roadmap for Financial Crime Operations, covering alert ingestion, enrichment, grouping, suppression, case management, investigator workflows, auditability, and evidence retention. Partner with Compliance and Engineering to define requirements, acceptance criteria, controls, and delivery priorities. Improve operational workflows, support regulated AI and automation, ensure data lineage and explainability, and communicate delivery status to stakeholders and auditors.

Own regulatory analytics and reporting by building audit-ready datasets, dashboards, data models, pipelines, governance controls, and compliance automations. Analyze complex financial and compliance data, support audits and risk assessments, monitor data quality, and translate regulatory requirements into reliable reporting solutions using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow. Partner with engineering, analysts, compliance teams, and leadership to deliver actionable insights and improve regulatory processes.

Own Kraken Pro’s global onboarding experience from first landing through first trade. Analyze onboarding funnels, identify friction and drop-off points, improve UX, build customer trust, and accelerate activation. Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements. Use AI to analyze data, predict churn, personalize onboarding, and improve messaging.

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO office in a Co-CEO model: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel (commercial and private aviation), prepare briefing materials, oversee budgets/expenses, track projects and events, and liaise with stakeholders to streamline executive operations.

Coordinates product operations for Krak’s consumer payments and banking products. Manages compliance, legal, fraud, risk, vendor, and launch dependencies; maintains operational trackers; supports incident response; interprets fraud, dispute, customer experience, and authorization metrics; and provides market, regulatory, and vendor intelligence to guide product decisions and roadmap planning.

Own Kraken Consumer’s marketing product roadmap and the connection between marketing and product. Partner with marketing, design, engineering, and data to improve conversion, launch experiments, define growth metrics, and enable measurable paid, social, affiliate, and offline acquisition channels.

Build and grow Kraken Pro’s trading community across Discord, Telegram, X, TradingView, Reddit, and private groups. Lead ambassador and power-user programs, host AMAs and live trading events, communicate product updates, gather actionable feedback for Product, create high-quality trading content, manage crises, and measure sentiment, share of voice, signups, and retention. The role requires authentic trading experience, strong writing, independent judgment, and comfort operating quickly in crypto markets.

Lead Kraken Pro’s social presence across X, Telegram, and other platforms. Create platform-native content, respond rapidly to trends, engage the trading community, manage the content calendar, translate product updates into compelling narratives, and track performance to improve results. The role requires strong writing, rapid execution, visual content skills, analytical thinking, and collaboration with Legal and Communications to ensure accurate, compliant messaging.

Leads and develops a team building growth-critical platforms, AI-driven tools, automations, and infrastructure. Collaborates with Product and Design, guides architecture and implementation, manages execution, improves team processes, and partners with engineering leaders. The manager remains hands-on, writing production-grade backend code, using AI tools, and promoting quality, reliability, accountability, and team autonomy across distributed teams.

Build and operate Kraken’s internal AI platform, including governed integrations, authentication, identity controls, spend management, provisioning, evaluation tooling, and model lifecycle administration. Develop reusable agent and prompt infrastructure, integrate LLM and SaaS APIs, maintain runbooks, support enterprise users, and lead technical enablement. The role also implements data-handling and retention controls, manages vendors, and improves reliability, automation, documentation, and regulatory readiness across the AI estate.

Own the product vision and roadmap for Kraken’s unified exchange infrastructure, including matching, custody, algorithmic trading, APIs, and core systems. Lead four to five product managers, consolidate multiple trading engines, define performance and resiliency metrics, coordinate migrations across live markets, and align product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams. The role requires deep experience with exchange or high-performance platforms, market structure, low-latency architecture, and platform product strategy.

Owns paid static and motion creative for Kraken across multiple advertising platforms and markets. Develops concepts, produces AI-assisted imagery and video, localizes assets, interprets performance data, and iterates creative based on testing results. Collaborates with marketing, compliance, and regional teams while maintaining high visual craft, regulatory alignment, and production speed.

Lead business operations for Kraken Pro by establishing operating rhythms, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, tracking KPIs, supporting executive decisions, managing reporting and roadmap systems, and identifying operational improvements. Partner with product, engineering, compliance, legal, finance, and marketing teams to launch initiatives, improve product experiences, and ensure accountability across priorities.
