Build and scale US finance and investing creator and affiliate partnerships to drive funded accounts and trading volume. The role owns partner acquisition, commercial negotiations, CPA and revenue-share structures, tracking, attribution, payouts, compliance coordination, campaign execution, and performance optimization. Success is measured through trading volume, funded accounts, retention, CAC, revenue, and acquisition outcomes. The role also collaborates with Growth, Marketing, Product, Legal, Compliance, and regional business development teams.

Own the strategy, design, prototyping, launch, and optimization of social investing and trading experiences. Define user journeys, interaction details, product scope, and success metrics; conduct usability research; analyze funnel, cohort, and experiment data; collaborate with design, engineering, and data science; and improve user participation, trust, retention, and engagement.

Develops concept-led creative briefs and original content for paid, organic, and social channels. Identifies cultural trends, market news, audience insights, competitor activity, and performance data to generate ideas that ship quickly. Partners with Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, creatives, designers, and compliance to execute work across platforms. Creates content independently, coaches stronger briefing, adapts ideas to platform requirements, and uses performance results and social listening to improve creative testing.
