Build client relationships, support business development, train and mentor staff, participate in recruiting, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Lead and supervise tax engagements, maintain client relationships year-round, review and prepare complex tax returns, train and evaluate staff, manage staffing and scheduling, handle tax examinations and client representation, prepare client invoices, and stay current on tax legislation and firm standards.
