Influences senior stakeholders, mentors CX professionals, and guides scalable experience-led transformation involving self-service, AI, automation, and behavioral insights.

Lead C-suite consulting engagements across Consumer & Travel, owning bid-to-delivery lifecycle. Drive business development, structure multi-disciplinary deals, manage service delivery, margins, and utilization, lead cross-functional teams, and develop practice thought leadership, with focus on AI and enterprise infrastructure.

Lead design and delivery of complex, integrated technology solutions (cloud, infrastructure, applications, data & AI). Own solution risk, cost, profitability, and deliverability for large engagements, work with CxO-level clients, support RFP/proposal development, costing models, contract negotiation, and engagement handover. Spend 50–70% time in face-to-face customer interactions and travel up to 50%.

Lead strategic account management for Kyndryls largest customers: own account P&L, grow revenue, expand scope, drive renewals, build C-suite relationships, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and deliver tailored technical services to ensure account excellence and long-term profitability.

Lead development and delivery of complex integrated cloud, applications, data & AI, and infrastructure solutions. Own end-to-end solution design, risk mitigation, cost, profit, and customer relationships. Drive RFP responses, proposals, cost models, and negotiations; close large, complex deals (> $10M TCV) and engage with CxO-level stakeholders. Travel up to 50% for customer-facing activities and manage engagement handovers.

Leads the endpoint defense function across Cortex XDR, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Trend Micro, and related tooling. Owns endpoint coverage, policy tuning, telemetry quality, platform integration, incident containment support, automation, security KPIs, and team development. Partners with Cyber Defense and SIEM/SOAR teams to improve prevention, detection, remediation, and operational consistency across a heterogeneous endpoint fleet.
