The Director, Customer Partner for Portfolio Accounts will manage end-to-end relationship management, drive account growth, and ensure profitability in retail and manufacturing sectors. Responsibilities include creating deep customer relationships, overseeing P&L, leading revenue growth, and mentoring teams while maintaining account compliance and customer satisfaction.

Lead design and presentation of domain-specific technology solutions, translating customer business and technical needs into architectures, cost models, and proposal documentation. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams, support customer meetings, refine solutions, identify risks, and enable deal progression and handover readiness.
