Lead full lifecycle energy projects (audit, design, construction) including energy efficiency, renewables, and decarbonization in NYC facilities. Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, multidisciplinary teams, client communication, regulatory coordination, and project closeout while ensuring safety, quality, and reporting on energy savings.

Support planning, execution, and delivery of energy projects (efficiency, renewables, decarbonization) in NYC facilities. Coordinate teams, track budgets/schedules/risks, interpret construction documents, and assist across audit, design, and construction phases under guidance of the Energy Project Manager.

The Mechanical Engineer will lead HVAC and district energy system designs, mentor junior engineers, and communicate with clients on feasibility and project documentation.
