Teams at Laborie

Partners with maternal and child health teams and healthcare organizations to educate stakeholders on perinatal quality standards, guidelines, bundles, and toolkits. Supports policy and protocol development, quality improvement initiatives, data collection and evaluation, and outcome monitoring. Advises quality leaders and advanced healthcare providers while collaborating with sales and clinical education teams. Represents the organization in state-level perinatal quality groups and conferences.

Supports and enhances SAP S/4HANA supply chain and manufacturing solutions, focusing on Production Planning and Materials Management. Responsibilities include Level 1 incident support, SAP configuration, requirements analysis, process improvements, testing, training, and participation in implementation and optimization projects. The role partners with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehouse, and business stakeholders to improve processes and system utilization.

Leads end-to-end SAP and IT project delivery from inception through hypercare. Responsibilities include planning, stakeholder communications, schedule and cost management, risk and change management, sprint facilitation, and coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners across locations and time zones. Travel of up to 30% within the United States and internationally is required.
