Provide onsite administrative and field support for a multi‑million dollar lab renovation: maintain project documentation, use PM systems, process payment requisitions and change orders, review plans and contracts, coordinate meetings and trade schedules, ensure DASNY compliance, and manage closeout deliverables.

Support on-site construction management for an emergency sewer pipe replacement project. Responsibilities include coordinating contractors and stakeholders, monitoring field progress and schedules, tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation, reviewing drawings and contract requirements, maintaining meeting minutes and daily reports, escalating project issues, and assisting with closeout and punch-list activities.

Lead a CM-Build library renovation from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee an $8M budget and 900 CCD schedule, manage MEP upgrades, exterior envelope and historic preservation work, ensure regulatory compliance, drive procurement and change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety.
