Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and execution for M&A, strategic investments, and capital raises. Evaluate opportunities, build investment theses and financing strategies, track market and capital markets trends, prepare executive presentations, and cultivate partnerships with lenders, investors, and strategic counterparties to support Lambda's growth and balance sheet objectives.

Lead negotiation, structuring, and drafting of complex data center, land, power, and construction transactions. Manage PPAs, interconnection, project finance, tax incentives, outside counsel, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, procurement, and finance.

The Account CTO will be responsible for strategic technology leadership, defining technical strategies, and driving cloud transformation initiatives at an enterprise level while mentoring technical talent and influencing product strategy based on customer needs.
