Performs multimedia environmental permitting, compliance audits, air quality modeling, inspections, monitoring plans, and regulatory reporting. Manages project budgets, schedules, proposals, client relationships, field activities, and junior staff. The role supports air, wastewater, stormwater, waste, spill prevention, storage tank, and industrial compliance programs for consulting clients.

Leads waterfront and marine engineering projects involving structural and geotechnical analysis, design of coastal structures, permitting, technical documentation, construction oversight, project budgeting, client management, and staff supervision. The role requires collaboration with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams, along with business development, proposal preparation, billing management, and mentoring of engineering staff.

Provides first-level technical support for AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related engineering software. Troubleshoots user issues, answers technical questions, maintains helpdesk documentation, develops training materials, researches emerging technologies, and supports firm-wide adoption of design technologies. Requires civil engineering workflow knowledge, strong AutoCAD drafting expertise, effective communication, and the ability to travel between company offices.
