The Chief of Staff partners with the President to drive strategic planning, commercial OKRs, leadership-team operations, cross-functional initiatives, executive communications, and organizational alignment. The role manages business reviews, prepares executive materials, monitors team morale, and ensures priorities are translated into execution. It is intended as a leadership-development role leading toward broader responsibility.

Leads strategy and operations for the Client Success organization, partnering with leadership on planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, quotas, KPIs, forecasting, customer health scoring, renewals, upsell, and churn-risk management. The role drives cross-functional initiatives, improves processes, reduces administrative burden, and supports Salesforce and data solutions to scale client launches, retention, and expansion.

Generate qualified sales pipeline through outbound prospecting to HR and benefits leaders at mid-size and large employers. Personalize outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and video; qualify prospects; uncover business pain; and book meetings for Account Executives. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, collaborate with Marketing and Sales, track performance metrics, refine messaging, and stay informed about healthcare benefits trends.
