Own and improve Lantern’s Growth Marketing technology stack, including CRM, sales engagement, enrichment, and automation systems. Design lead-management workflows, integrations, AI-powered automations, and measurable conversion tracking. Lead requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, tool evaluations, ROI analysis, and systems roadmap management. Partner with marketing leadership and Salesforce teams while communicating technical designs and outcomes to nontechnical stakeholders.

Lead commercial planning and compensation for Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships. Own annual planning cycle, design and administer incentive plans, maintain commission accuracy, build long-term financial models, create Board/executive materials, and partner with Commercial leadership and Finance to translate growth strategy into operational plans.

Partner with Commercial teams to discover root causes, design and deploy end-to-end AI automation solutions, drive adoption and enablement, run hackathons, and maintain a prioritized roadmap while collaborating closely with Engineering.
