Teams at Larchmont Yacht Club

Prepare and present salads, appetizers, charcuterie, sandwiches, desserts, dressings, sauces, hors d'oeuvres, and other cold menu items. Maintain mise en place, food safety, sanitation, labeling, FIFO rotation, inventory organization, and equipment safety. Collaborate with the culinary team during daily service and special events, assist other stations, support new team members, and uphold high standards for quality, consistency, freshness, and presentation.
