Own the product function end to end, including roadmap strategy, customer discovery, technical specifications, launches, APIs, payment rails, ledgering, partner integrations, and regulatory-driven product decisions. The role requires close collaboration with founders, engineers, compliance teams, banks, and fintech partners. This hands-on leader will establish product processes, support go-to-market efforts, and eventually build the product organization.

Build and operate scalable backend services and distributed systems for global payments. Design payment orchestration, ledgering, workflow engines, partner integrations, and public APIs. Own end-to-end projects, influence architecture and engineering standards, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and engineering leadership to ship production-grade infrastructure.
