Owns Launch Potato’s HR function, including performance management, total rewards, compensation and benefits, compliance, manager enablement, HR tooling, and team leadership. The role leads annual and mid-year performance cycles, compensation bands and benchmarking, benefits renewals, multi-state compliance, manager playbooks, and process automation. This player-coach position manages an HR Business Partner and a Total Rewards and People Analytics lead while improving scalable people systems for a growing, remote-first organization.

The role leads performance cycles, compensation and benefits programs, multi-state compliance, calibration, manager resources, process automation, and team development. Success requires building durable people systems, improving operational leverage, scaling alongside company growth, and personally delivering work as a player-coach.
