As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions for data-driven products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead multiple engineering teams owning LaunchDarkly's core platform: set technical roadmap, grow managers and senior engineers, drive multi-team migrations and infrastructure initiatives, ensure reliability and performance with strong incident response and observability, partner cross-functionally, and introduce modern engineering practices including AI-assisted development.

Lead strategic, hands-on Professional Services engagements to integrate LaunchDarkly into AI-powered systems. Implement feature-gated AI rollouts, guardrails, kill switches, and experimentation; build reference implementations and production integrations; advise engineering and platform teams; gather requirements and escalate complex issues; share feedback with Product and Engineering.
