Design, build, test, and maintain large-scale data-intensive applications and AI-driven data products within Lazard’s AI and Data Team. Collaborate with investment bankers and portfolio managers throughout the software development lifecycle, using cloud technologies, databases, DevOps practices, containerized workloads, and emerging AI capabilities such as LLMs, agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and MCP development.

Investment banking analyst supporting Technology-sector financial advisory transactions, including M&A, divestitures, restructuring, capital raising, and strategic advisory. Responsibilities include building financial models, performing valuations, researching industries and competitors, preparing client presentations, supporting due diligence, executing deal processes, and interacting with clients and senior bankers.

Conduct fundamental credit research on emerging-market corporate issuers across two to three sectors. Analyze financial statements, leverage, liquidity, capital structures, covenants, country and ESG risks, and develop issuer models, relative-value frameworks, and investment recommendations. Monitor market and macro developments, present actionable views to portfolio managers, and contribute to portfolio positioning across emerging-market debt strategies. Collaborate with portfolio managers, traders, and analysts while improving research workflows through data and technology.
