Serve as primary contact for strategic law firm clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead QBRs, success planning, and cross-functional issue resolution. Provide guidance on billing, reporting, integrations, and document automation. Identify upsell opportunities, mentor a small team of Client Success Managers, and contribute to Client Success playbooks and scalable engagement programs.

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to law firms, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings for Business Development, build relationships via social platforms, meet weekly/monthly KPIs, and exceed team sales targets while leveraging CRM and sales tools.
