Partner hands-on with Product, Design, and Engineering to define priorities, outcomes, and scalable global capabilities. Drive AI-powered product innovation, incorporate localization, regulation, privacy, and data considerations, and build a high-performing Product and Design organization. Collaborate across technical, commercial, and operational teams to improve engagement, retention, customer behavior, and financial outcomes.

Lead LearnLux's performance marketing organization focusing on pipeline generation, demand generation, growth marketing, and analytics. Develop and execute integrated campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize marketing processes. Manage and grow a marketing team, ensuring alignment with sales for maximizing revenue outcomes.
