Lead LearnLux's performance marketing organization focusing on pipeline generation, demand generation, growth marketing, and analytics. Develop and execute integrated campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize marketing processes. Manage and grow a marketing team, ensuring alignment with sales for maximizing revenue outcomes.

Build and nurture relationships with benefits consultants and brokers, educate them on LearnLux product and roadmap, gather consultant feedback for internal teams, partner with sales to source and support leads, and share best practices to grow consultant partnerships across the Eastern US.
