Manage employee timekeeping processes by monitoring submissions, assisting with time entry, verifying records, resolving questions, and preparing accurate time reports for payroll. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, deadline management, and basic Excel skills. Experience with timekeeping or payroll systems such as Deltek, Dayforce, UKG, ADP, or Workday is preferred.

Supports compensation program design, market pricing, benchmarking, job architecture, salary structures, pay equity, reporting, and annual compensation cycles. Analyzes internal and external compensation data, develops recommendations, maintains dashboards and documentation, and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders. Provides guidance on hiring, promotions, leveling, organizational changes, compliance, and audit readiness.

Build and deploy AI solutions across engineering and construction project lifecycles, including estimating, design, scheduling, procurement, field execution, and closeout. Train project teams, lead live-project pilots, configure agentic AI tools, integrate solutions with technology systems, apply governance standards, and quantify business impact. The role requires hands-on LLM development, technical implementation, project lifecycle knowledge, and the ability to support nontechnical teams in office and field environments.
