Two-year rotational program developing sales professionals through 12 months in marketing and 12 months in sales. Responsibilities include market research, competitor analysis, marketing planning, product lifecycle support, prospecting, customer relationship development, account meetings, solution selling, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires relocation during rotations and eventual mobility to any U.S. Legrand location.

Owns the Approved Networks optical networking product portfolio, including strategy, roadmap, pricing, lifecycle management, commercialization, financial performance, inventory, and customer satisfaction. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to identify market opportunities, launch products, optimize portfolio performance, and drive revenue, margin, and market share growth.

Develops and manages relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, distributors, and end users to secure product specifications and grow territory sales. Provides design assistance, training, specification writing, engineering drawings, submittals, takeoff support, project management, and budgetary analysis. Maintains a project pipeline, supports local sales teams, conducts seminars and trade shows, uses CRM tools, and meets territory quotas.
