Reviews, edits, formats, and quality-controls complex technical documents for environmental investigation, remediation, and restoration programs. Ensures accuracy, clarity, consistency, compliance, and proper integration of tables, figures, references, appendices, and supporting data. Applies client style guides and document-control procedures, coordinates with technical personnel, compiles electronic deliverables, and manages multiple assignments and deadlines.

Manage the United States Antarctic Program’s PIV and MFA smartcard infrastructure, including credential issuance, tracking, recovery, compliance reporting, audits, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Develop reporting tools, procedures, metrics, and implementation plans; support FISMA compliance; train staff; provide technical support; and coordinate with NSF, cybersecurity teams, HR, partner agencies, and Antarctic stations. Deployment to Antarctica may be required for approximately 3–8 weeks annually.

Leads full-cycle recruiting for Intelligence Community programs, developing sourcing strategies for highly cleared technical professionals. Builds pipelines of TS/SCI and polygraph-cleared candidates, partners with program leaders and hiring managers, manages competing requisitions, provides market intelligence, and supports proposals, business growth, and contract staffing. Focus areas include software engineering, cybersecurity, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, systems engineering, and SIGINT talent.
