Lead architecture, design, and implementation of a cloud-native, event-driven TFDM platform using Kafka and streaming technologies. Drive AI-assisted development, containerization, IaC, CI/CD, and production reliability. Provide hands-on development, mentoring, troubleshooting, executive briefings, and oversight across integrations, security, testing, and deployments.

Designs, configures, develops, and maintains ServiceNow solutions (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, Service Catalog). Builds custom workflows, integrations (REST/SOAP), orchestration, and UI components using JavaScript/Glide and web technologies. Supports upgrades, data migration, documentation, and Agile delivery while ensuring CMDB data integrity and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver end-user centric IT solutions.

Design, develop, modernize, test, and maintain data-driven software and relational databases for FAA aeronautical information distribution. Gather requirements, implement COTS integrations, troubleshoot production issues, produce technical documentation, participate in reviews, and provide technical leadership and mentoring across the software development lifecycle.
