Foster peer learning, build toolkits and templates, and support managers in remote/hybrid AI-integrated environments.

Lead and mentor a small BD team to acquire distribution partners across Car, Pet, Renters, and Home. Build emerging channels (embedded retail, software, finance, employer benefits), collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data, manage pipeline, budget, KPIs, and negotiate complex deals. Represent Lemonade at industry events and drive measurable revenue growth for the partnerships channel.

Embedded within Finance, Compliance, Insurance, and Actuarial teams to define and govern metrics, diagnose drivers of financial trends (loss ratios, reserves, premium pacing), build AI-assisted simulators and reusable analytical tools, productionize recurring analyses, validate AI-generated outputs, and partner with Engineering, Product, Actuarial, and Finance across the policy lifecycle and financial close.

Lead preparation and timely completion of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy), coordinate footnote disclosures and GAAP/SEC checklists, manage reporting timelines, research technical accounting issues and draft memos, monitor and implement new accounting standards, and maintain accounting policy documentation and SOX financial reporting controls.

Lead development and integration of predictive pricing models for home insurance, modernize state rating plans, support rate filings, monitor performance and recommend pricing actions, analyze competitor strategies, develop pricing for expansion, build internal pricing analytics software, and coach/mentor analysts.

Lead and build AI-powered automation across Customer Operations (CX, Claims, Underwriting). Own the automation roadmap, partner with Product and Engineering, design prompt and agent architectures, drive pilots to scaled production, build executive business cases, manage vendor tooling feedback, and grow a team of builders focused on GenAI integration and workflow automation.

Partner with actuarial and underwriting to develop coverage, pricing, and eligibility for pet insurance. Drive product roadmap, measure impacts, manage regulatory approvals, research market/competitor trends, and identify automation and AI opportunities to improve workflows and decision-making.
