Defines go-to-market strategy, closes complex distribution deals, manages the national pipeline, represents the company with industry leaders, tracks channel KPIs, and develops the partnerships team. The role requires deep multifamily industry expertise, an established network, executive-level communication skills, and experience building revenue-generating channels.

Leads Lemonade’s strategic alliances by managing senior external relationships, identifying and prioritizing new channels and markets, sourcing and negotiating complex deals, aligning cross-functional teams, and advising executives on ambiguous strategic opportunities. Builds the alliances operating framework, represents the company externally, and develops high-performing teams while advancing AI-enabled insurance initiatives.

Senior Accountant responsible for journal entries, accruals, monthly workbooks, month- and year-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, invoice and expense review, cash transactions, and external audit support. The role also drives financial process automation and efficiency while ensuring compliance with US GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Direct global talent acquisition strategy and recruiting operations, lead a high-performing talent team, manage challenging executive searches, develop skills-based assessment approaches, forecast workforce needs, and implement AI-powered recruiting systems. Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, executives, and stakeholders while driving recruiting excellence and business impact.

Manage Lemonade’s global treasury operations, including banking relationships, cash positioning, forecasting, investments, foreign exchange exposure, hedging recommendations, intercompany arrangements, treasury controls, and audit support. Partner with Finance and Accounting on treasury initiatives while ensuring liquidity and regulatory needs support the company’s global growth.

Lead development and production deployment of advanced ML/AI pricing models across Home, Renters, Car, and Pet lines. Own end-to-end projects, align stakeholders, mentor junior data scientists, set technical standards, and drive adoption of advanced data science practices within Insurance.

Build and scale compliance processes for Lemonade’s P&C insurance products across Car, Home, Renters, and Pet lines. Develop policies, provide regulatory guidance to leadership, partner with Insurance Operations and Product, manage compliance projects, and improve processes through AI and automation while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Develop and own car rating plans and rate indications; collaborate with Data Science on predictive models; prepare rate filing support for ML models; monitor pricing and underwriting performance; analyze competitor rating strategies; partner with Underwriting, Product, Claims, and BI; and advance actuarial credentials while applying AI-driven insights.
